Proofed Quality

After every step at manufacturing process, our gears will be put on an in-process inspection. No gear at single-part production will be delivered without passing a final overall inspection and testing. From cog wheels in serial production meaningful samples are taken and carefully tested, too.

Many of our quality inspections will be performed on special toothing measuring machines. Optional inspection reports of toothing according agreements can be delivered on request.
